  1. For some reason I cannot open or download this file. Any problem on your side?

  2. Good morning, Ganna:

Can you please tell me which one of the file formats you are trying to download. Also, are you using the latest version of the software for that format?

    Thanks for your patience!

    Marti

  3. Just downloaded QuickTime version - no problems.

    Looks super sharp!

  4. The IPod version works fine also. Mark a variation of this method works well on flowers also. I usually do a B&W adjustment and then add a 20-25% green filter and the results have a great green and white tone. Thanks again for another terrific Workbench.

  5. The WMV stops playing at about 1:35

  6. The message I get from any of the 3 file formats is "...the requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later"

    Thanks

  7. Hi Ganna and PeaceandGrace,

We've tested the downloading of all three versions and all of them seem to be working just fine.

My only suggestion for you is that you pose your problem to the Community (www.radiantvista.com/community) to see if anyone else is having this problem and perhaps they can offer some additional suggestions. You have to be registered on the Community (separate from here -- the main site) in order to post. PeaceandGrace, is your Windows media softward the lastest version?

Thanks for you patience -- Marti

  8. Mark:

Can you explain the intent of "Hyper Realistic?" Is the intent to partially desaturate and shift the color, or is the intent to add a lot of contrast + partial desaturation (prior to the color balance shift)?

    Rick

  9. Hi there,

I just wanted to say thank you for all the work you do to bring these videos to us.

I have learned so much, that I have people saying "how did you do that".

I am home bound, and your videos mean so much to me.

    Thanks again,

    Pete.
